In the coming months we’ll be sharing further details of the inaugural USREiiF where we’ll be bringing the industry from across the US and internationally together – creating a vibrant forum and festival feel which brings together inspiration talks, high level speakers, influential attendees, fringe events and new business opportunities.

USREiiF aims to become a forum all year round for connections and facilitation to take place which helps to attract and deploy capital to bring forward regeneration and development, and our delegate directory will allow those involved to message, connect and arrange meetings in advance of and at USREiiF.

The forum aims to accelerate regeneration and development and help deploy investment in towns, cities and states across the US. There are a number of key themes which act as call pillars to the discussion and agenda set to take place – these are around foreign direct investment, ESG, the net zero agenda, and resilience.

REiiD is a new innovative tool that is being designed to showcase every investment opportunity across the US – no matter the size, location or sector. We have collated a database alongside the public sector and major land and asset managers of investment opportunities, which directly facilitates introductions between key parties, all of which is done for free. More details will be provided soon.
